SMARTSTEPS
To build a brand we employ a process we call SmartSteps. In brief, we start by researching and “diving deep” into the company, the products and competitors. Then, along with defining the scope of the project, we explore benchmarks of those who are best-in-class from around the world.
We believe in developing multiple viable creative options that we can then evaluate collaboratively, a process we call Concepting. We have developed a number of approaches for researching the creative, including video-taped interviews and online research, so decision-making is facilitated and the message is optimized.
